CARING PARTNERS is a non-profit care management organization that works in partnership with the primary organizations that serve children and families in Morris and Sussex Counties. The primary goal of CARING PARTNERS is to maintain children with severe emotional and behavioral challenges safely at home, in school and in the community by providing support, education, and advocacy and by connecting children and families to the needed services and resources. Caring Partners believes in working with families in a strength-based manner, and believes that children are best served in their homes or communities using natural supports.
The Bilingual Care Manager Supervisor provides weekly supervision to Care Managers to ensure that the Care Manager develops a partnership with families, coordinates their care with other system partners, facilitates the team process used to build on family and community strengths in order to address family needs and implements crisis plans. The Care Manager Supervisor also ensures that agency timelines are maintained. He/she must be energetic and a creative team player. Excellent compensation and employee benefits. EOE.
* Master’s degree in a relevant discipline (Social work, psychology, counseling)
* Licensure commensurate with degree is preferred
* Two years of post-Masters experience in clinical assessment, supervision and/or child/adolescent development
*Bilingual English/Spanish required
* Valid NJ driver’s license with a clean driving record
* Excellent communication, organizational and assessment skills.
