New Jersey's Children's System of Care, CSOC, (formerly the Division of Child Behavioral Health Services) serves children and adolescents with emotional and behavioral health care challenges and their families; and children with developmental and intellectual disabilities and their families. CSOC is committed to providing these services based on the needs of the child and family in a family-centered, community-based environment.
PerformCare partners with the state of New Jersey’s Division of Children’s System of Care (CSOC) as the single point of entry for all children, adolescents and young adults (up to age 21) who are in need of behavioral health, or developmental and intellectual disability, or certain substance abuse treatment services.
Children's Mobile Response and Stabilization Services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to help children and youth who are experiencing emotional or behavioral crises. The services are designed to defuse an immediate crisis, keep children and their families safe, and maintain the children in their own homes or current living situation (such as a foster home, treatment home or group home) in the community.
Family Partners of Morris and Sussex Counties, a Family Support Organization, is a private, family led, non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization funded by the New Jersey Division Children's System of Care, that provides support, education and advocacy to families with children who have special mental, emotional, and behavioral health challenges, or developmental and intellectual disabilities.
